Editorial standards
Contributors should only submit original knowledge or material that they are authorised to share. Please include a source for factual claims, the original breeder attribution where known, and photo credits and permission. Unverified fields should remain blank. Editors can edit, return, or decline submissions.
Photography and image rights
You must own or have permission to submit the photographs you upload. Contact the editorial team if an image needs correction or removal. When no genuine specimen photograph is available, the archive explicitly labels botanical artwork as illustrative.
Privacy
Breeder account emails, passwords and private contact information are not intended for public display. Passwords are stored using one-way hashes. Account and server logs are used to operate the archive and prevent abuse. No information is sold to advertisers. Do not submit sensitive personal information in article text or public biography fields.
Corrections and removal requests
For errors in cultivar identity, pedigree, attribution or image licensing, contact the archive editor with a source and the URL of the entry. Editors review and correct the record as necessary.
This site is an independent public-interest catalogue, not a government registry. The publisher must review these policies with local legal advice prior to global launch.
