Rooted in heritage.
An independent home for documenting the art, science and people behind roses bred in India.
Beauty, science and human endeavour.
Indian rose breeders, horticultural institutions, and growers have made lasting contributions to ornamental horticulture. Yet important cultivar information can remain scattered across field records, books, exhibitions and personal collections.
The Indian Rose Archive brings those records together in a structured, searchable library. Every botanical detail should be credited to its original source. We leave fields blank where reliable evidence is unavailable.
This independently maintained educational archive is not an official cultivar registration body or a rose seller. Publication means an entry was reviewed for archive suitability, not that every historic botanical claim is certified.
